How many tiles do I need?
Convert tile size to square feet, divide room area by that, and add waste. A 100 sq ft room with 12×12 tiles needs 100 tiles before waste, or 110 with 10%.
How much waste should I add for tile?
10% for simple grid layouts. Use 15% for diagonal, herringbone, or rooms with many cuts.
How much grout do I need?
